How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, open My Bag, fill in your details and tap “Order via WhatsApp”. Our team will confirm your order, delivery time and payment.
Delivery & Returns
We ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. Delivery times and fees outside the UAE are confirmed with you when you order. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days.
Order tracking
Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your name and phone number, and we will update you on your order.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Orders are confirmed once our team has contacted you and payment has been arranged. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
Privacy & Cookies
We only use the details you share with us (name, phone, address, email) to process and deliver your order and to reply to your messages. Your bag is stored only in your own browser. We do not sell your data to anyone.
